All advisory work is conducted with the consent of the relevant traditional authority or royal house. Our role is facilitative and non‑binding unless a formal mediation agreement is signed. Recommendations respect customary law as practiced by the community, not as codified by statute alone.
Routes and experiences are co‑created with local guides and councils. “Heritage trail” refers to a curated itinerary of sites, not a physical infrastructure project. Revenue sharing is governed by a separate community benefit agreement signed before launch.
“Partnership” implies a written memorandum of understanding with defined roles, timelines, and exit clauses. Programs are not indefinite; each has a stated duration and review milestone. No program implies employment or permanent financial obligation by KingAlly.
Digitized materials remain the property of the originating royal house or community. KingAlly holds a preservation copy for research access only. “Accredited researcher” means an individual approved by the relevant traditional council or archive committee.
Our role is advisory and mediatory. We do not appoint or recognize any claimant. Final recognition rests with the relevant provincial government and the traditional council. Our frameworks are offered as reference tools, not legal judgments.
Case studies and project summaries reflect actual engagements but are anonymized or generalized where confidentiality agreements apply. No project description constitutes a guarantee of specific outcomes for future clients. Terms like “sustainable” and “empowerment” are used in their ordinary descriptive sense, not as certified metrics unless stated.
